1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Peach Farmer application ("App"), you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Discontinue use if you disagree.
2. User Eligibility
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to play Peach Farmer. Users under 18 need parental consent.
Account Creation
Provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining login credential security and any unauthorized account use. You may open no more than one individual player account on the App. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation without substantiation.
3. Account Deletion
The deletion of an account may result in the irreversible loss of all user data associated with the account, including any associated cards.
4. Suspension
Peach Farmer SA may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts for:
- Non-compliance with Terms
- Actions disrupting service functionality
- Suspected fraud
- Shared login credentials
- Multiple account usage
Suspension notifications will be sent by email and will include the reason, scope, permanence and duration.
Peach Farmer reserves the right, but not the obligation, to request explanations from the user regarding any suspicious account activity. Users may contact support@peachfarmer.com regarding disputes.
5. Services
Card Collection
Collect virtual cards representing characters freely.
Card Trading
Trade virtual cards with other players. All trades are final once confirmed, and Peach Farmer SA is not responsible for any trades you make with other players.
Right of Withdrawal
Given the digital nature of the cards and the immediate delivery of the cards after purchase, the withdrawal period provided for in Article 9 of the European directive related to Consumer Right Protection shall not apply.
BY PURCHASING A COLLECTIBLE ON THE WEBSITE, THE USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES HIS/HER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
6. In-App Purchases
Virtual Currency
Purchase virtual currency with real money for in-game items.
Non-Refundable
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Third-Party Payments
Purchases through platform providers follow their terms.
7. Gameplay and Card Acquisition
Card Boosters
Acquire cards freely or through purchased boosters or gameplay. Each card booster contains a random selection of cards.
Rarity and Availability
Cards have different rarity levels (Common, Rare, Super Rare, Epic) with availability subject to time-limited events. Peach Farmer SA makes no guarantees regarding the number or type of rare and special cards in any card pack.
Special Events
Optional tournaments and challenges offer rare cards as rewards.
Peach Farmer SA reserves the right to alter the artwork of any cards at any time, without prior notice or justification.
8. Prizes
Peach Farmer offers free contests with no purchase necessary. Each free game with no purchase necessary contest will begin at the start of a season and conclude at the end of the designated countdown. Players receive a free card plus daily gifts. One of the prizes (a Legendary card) will be drawn at random from among all players who have completed their seasonal card collection.
Winner Notification
Winners receive App and email notification. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that emails from Peach Farmer SA are received and read.
Liability
Peach Farmer SA shall not be held responsible for any errors in the delivery of notification emails or, where applicable, in the delivery of prizes.
Verification
The Company may verify winner identity and participation compliance, including requesting identification documents.
Prize Conditions
Details appear in contest announcements. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be outlined accordingly.
Royal and Shiny Cards
Users may discover Royal or Shiny cards during gameplay. The availability of Royal cards will be limited and subject to notification within the App during each game cycle.
9. Conditions of Participation
Eligibility
Open to natural persons aged 18+.
Exclusions
Company employees cannot participate.
Account Limitations
Each person may only have one account. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the participant will be automatically excluded from the prize draw and will not be able to claim a prize.
10. User Conduct
Fair Play
You agree not to cheat, exploit, or manipulate any part of the App to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
Community Guidelines
Treat others respectfully. Harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property and Use of Image
App Content
All designs, graphics, and content are Peach Farmer SA or licensor property.
Image Use
Winners may authorize the Company to use their images on www.peachfarmer.com and social media. In due course, the concerned winners will be invited to provide their authorization based on information that will inform them about the use of their image, including the possibility of withdrawing their authorization at any time.
12. Updates and Modifications
App Updates
Peach Farmer reserves the right to update, modify, or remove features and visuals of the App at any time. You agree that continued use of the App after such updates signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Card Balancing
To ensure fair gameplay, Peach Farmer SA may adjust the power, abilities, or frequency of cards. Such changes are made at the sole discretion of Peach Farmer SA and are intended to improve the overall balance and enjoyment of the game.
13. Suspension and Termination
Account Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for Term violations or disruptive behavior.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts that are inactive for 12 months may be deactivated. Virtual cards, currency, or items associated with a deactivated account may be forfeited.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees
The Peach Farmer App is provided "as is" without any guarantees. Peach Farmer SA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App and is not responsible for data loss, including lost progress, cards, or virtual currency.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Peach Farmer SA be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including lost virtual items or account data. Users accept the security risks inherent in the provision of information and agree that Peach Farmer shall not be liable for any breach of security unless caused by gross negligence on the part of Peach Farmer.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties in consumer contracts, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to all users.
15. Amendment
Peach Farmer may modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable version of the Terms is the latest version published on the date of use of the services. Version and effective date appear at the start of this document.
Peach Farmer will provide users with notice of any material changes by email at least 7 days before they become effective. If users do not agree with the revised Terms, they have the right to terminate the Terms immediately and cease using the services by sending an unambiguous email to that effect to info@peachfarmer.com or by deleting their account under the terms of these Terms.
For users who have not terminated these Terms prior to the effective date of the revised Terms, continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Peach Farmer reserves the right to modify or stop the accessibility of all or part of the services and/or the website or applications at any time.
16. Governing Law
Only Swiss domestic law is applicable, excluding the rules of private international law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts at the Company's registered office (exclusive place of jurisdiction in Geneva) shall have jurisdiction.
